Makeup Shopping Always Makes Me Feel Better! Ulta Haul!

My husband needed to buy shoes for work and he asked if I’d come to help pick out a pair. I didn’t mind because there’s an Ulta there and I had a 20% off entire purchase coupon that was expiring tomorrow that I needed to take advantage of. So it worked out for both of us!

I’d gone to Ulta several times before today hoping to purchase the Anastasia Beverly Hills Catwalk Palette but they were always sold out. Today was a great day because they were all stocked up!

 

I’ve been hearing a lot about the Urban Decay Revolution Lipsticks so I checked out the shades they had available. There were two shades that looked by type, Naked 2 and Fiend. I tried Naked 2 but it literally didn’t look like I had anything on – it matched my natural lip color exactly. I swatched Fiend and I liked lots so I picked it up. 

 

I also picked up another Real Techniques Stippling Brush just because I love it so much. I love all her brushes but this particular works best with my current fav foundations, Laura Mercier Silk Creme and Rimmel Stay Matte. 🙂

I’m going to give the Catwalk Palette and Lipstick a go tomorrow and will try to post the look. Have a blessed one!
